There's a new option for lunch and dinner dining on Michigan Avenue. Chuck's Manufacturing, now in soft opening mode, has taken up residence in the former China Grill spot adjacent to the Hard Rock Chicago (224 North Michigan Ave). The restaurant is geared to what they call the "lifestyle entrepreneur," targeting downtown workers with a Power Lunch and Happy Hour festivities, along with a DJ station catering to the late-night crowd.
