A suburban Oak Park teen says he’s lucky to be alive after he was hit in the head by a bullet that, according to police, fell from the sky in River Forest.

Vincent Solari was struck by a stray bullet outside a party in River Forest on Fourth of July. It’s a holiday he’ll never forget. NBC 5’s Chris Coffey reports.
