A 21-year-old Skokie man wore a Ninja-like outfit while perusing through and stealing more than $30,000 worth of merchandise from a Nordstrom store, police said.
Carlo Frank Settecase, of the 9400 block of Leamington Avenue in Skokie, has been charged with felony theft, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Settecase, a switchboard operator in the Westfield Old Orchard Mall department store, was arrested following a three-week investigation.
Surveillance video from the store shows a man dressed in all black walking throughout the store, casually taking items and putting them in a small box, police said.
