Residents in Schaumburg say the checks they are dropping off at a post box are allegedly ending up in the hands of criminals.

Checks are allegedly disappearing in the mail in a south Chicago suburb and ending up in the hands of criminals. Some of them are cashed for even bigger amounts than they were written for. NBC 5’s Regina Waldroup reports.
