It’s been a strong Olympics so far for the United States figure skating team, and more medals could be added to their collection on Monday in Beijing, as two American pairs have a shot at gold in the finale of the ice dance competition.

History was made Sunday during the figure skating team final at the 2022 Winter Olympics, but several other performances also stood out above the rest, including two from U.S. skaters.

Team USA’s Madison Chock and Evan Bates left it all on the ice during Day 3 of the figure skating team event. Chock and Bates skated in the ice dance, recording a winning score of 129.07, besting Victoria Sinitsina and Nikita Katsalapov’s score of 128.17 for the Russian Olympic Committee.
