The menu included red grouper grilled on a wood plank with South Carolina-style mustard BBQ sauce and grilled plums, Pork Loin grilled with a Memphis-style dry run and BBQ sauce and a grilled onion filled with bacon and Texas-style BBQ sauce with grilled bitter greens.
