Tiger Tracks: Woods is out and about and ready to apologize. Tiger Woods resurfaced yesterday, photographed jogging near his Florida home. He later hit some balls at a local golf course. This is the first time Tiger's been spotted since the sex scandal that unfolded after his Thanksgiving Day debacle. Also yesterday, Woods posted a statement on his web site saying he will address a group of "friends, colleagues and close associates" on Friday. The media will be there too, but Tiger won't be taking questions.

Music Man: "Tonight Show" bandleader Kevin Eubanks says he'll be back, but doing less when the new show returns to air March 1, according to People. There were reports Eubanks was planning to leave the show. On his Twitter page, he wrote, "I'll still be around on the show, but less as of now. I'll tweet when a definite plan is set."

Kim's Call Out: During a flight from NYC to LA, Kim Kardashian found out she was sitting next to an air marshal and tweeted all about it, according to the Huffington Post. "I'm on the wifi! I am sitting next to an Air Marshall! Jim the air marshall makes me feel safe!" Kardashian tweeted. This left some of her 3 million plus followers a little upset considering an air marshall's ability to do their job depends on them being anonymous.

Baby Battle: Bristol Palin doesn't believe her baby's daddy, so she's subpoenaing CNN and Playgirl to get the facts to prove it. Levi Johnston's lawyer filed papers saying he cannot afford $1688.42 a month in child support, but Palin's not buying it, according to TMZ. So she's getting figures from all the places he made money.

Senate Seat: Indiana wants Mellencamp! There's a movement in the Hoosier state to get John Mellencamp to make a bid for Evan Bayh's Democratic senate seat, according to USA Today. Bayh announced his retirement earlier this week, now residents want the rocker saying he has name recognition and is passionate about causes.
