The International Olympic Committee's tour or possible Olympic cities now has them in Madrid.

The committee will spend five days in the Spanish capital, a city that boats that it already has 77 percent of its Olympic facilities built.

Madrid is also embroiled in controversy with fellow contender Rio de Janeiro.  Rio's committee accused Madrid of sending a spy during the IOC's trip to Brazil.  They say a man pretending to be with the media was instead working for the Madrid 2016 team.
