Things start off partly sunny and mild Friday, but showers and storms are expected to develop by the late afternoon and evening hours.
Any storm that does develop could produce damaging winds, large hail and brief, but heavy rain, especially south of I-80. The showers and storms will move east during the evening and be out before the overnight hours.
Saturday looks to be mostly dry for much of the day, with the chance for showers and storms in the evening hours in far southern counties and during the overnight hours.
Temperatures will likely rise into the mid- to upper-70s, staying cooler along the lakefront.
Sunday starts off cloudy with a chance for showers and storms in the morning and again in the afternoon. Temps stay in the low- to mid-70s.
