Hey may hail from Cleveland, but Chicago proved it has plenty of love for Kid Cudi. The hip hop star hit Bucktown's RSVP Gallery Wednesday to greet fans and sign copies of the album he dropped this week, "Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager." Cudi fans lined up outside the Damen Avenue store as early as Wednesday morning, and drove from as far away as Arkansas to share a brief moment with the rapper/singer. Later in the evening, Cudi hit Jbar for his album release party. While some were disappointed he didn't perform at the club, the crowd still ripped the roof off the joint -- ironically whenever a new Kanye track was played, proving that even if you're the king of Cleveland, there's no question who runs this town.
