Celeb Chefs Team Up For BBQ Bootcamp

There was a lot of star power in the house last week when two celeb chefs -- Chef/Owner David Burke of David Burke's Primehouse at The James Chicago and Chef/owner Marcus Samuelsson of C-House at the Affinia Chicago co-hosted an exclusive grilling demonstration, cocktail reception and tasting at C-View, the rooftop lounge on the 29th floor of the Affinia. Culinary enthusiasts gathered for the two-hour outdoor event to watch Chef Burke share his secrets of meat grilling while Chef Samuelsson focused on oceanic fare. Guests were able to mingle with the chefs for an informal question and answer session while a DJ kept things moving. Who's ready for summer?
