Lesson:  This is not a way to get on a judge's good graces.

A 40-year-old Naperville man lobbed a raw egg at a DuPage County judge while making an appearance at a child support hearing Wednesday, authorities said.

Agim Demiri was immediately taken into custody by a sheriff's deputy in the courtroom.  The egg struck the wall and the judge, Timothy J. McJoynt, was not injured.

McJoynt had seen Demiri several times in the past and had ordered him to serve periodic imprisonment in the past for delinquent payments, which at one point totaled $17,510, the Daily Herald reported.

Demiri was charged with one count of direct criminal contempt and remanded immediately to the DuPage County Jail for seven days. He is due back in court at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The incident is still under investigation and more charges may be filed.
