Graham Elliot Bowles, Chippendales Bartender

Moshpix: At first glance, you wouldn't guess that this was nationally acclaimed Chicago chef Graham Elliot Bowles guest bartending at Pops for Champagne Monday night, but if you're already familiar with his quirky antics, then it shouldn't come as a surprise. Bowles worked the bar along with his sous chef at the weekly "Shift Drink" event at Pops. Bowles obviously marches to the beat of his own drummer, as he proved last month when he bared his butt in a YouTube video. Say what you want about this chef -- but you can never accuse him of being boring.
