The Chicago Bears recently announced their four preseason opponents for 2016, but on Thursday they finalized the dates and times when they will be taking the field during their slate of exhibition contests.
The preseason will officially start on Aug. 11 when the Bears welcome the Denver Broncos to Soldier Field. John Fox’s former team will come into the game looking to decide on a new quarterback after the retirement of Peyton Manning and the departure of Brock Osweiler in free agency, and it will be the first opportunity for their offense to show off their new look.
Here is the rest of the Bears’ preseason slate:
Thurs., Aug. 11: vs. Broncos 7pm
Thurs., Aug. 18: at Patriots 7pm
Sat., Aug. 27: vs. Chiefs Noon
Thurs., Sep. 1: at Browns 7pm
