ME Reveals Cause of Death of Victim in Mid-Air Engine Blast

The Medical Examiner released the cause of death of a woman who was partially pulled out of a Southwest Airlines jet as it hurled 32,000 feet over suburban Philadelphia, after a rare engine explosion that caused a window to burst.
