The Chicago Bears are lobbying for public help in building a new stadium on the city’s lakefront, but they’re encountering opposition from a variety of places as they press that case.

The Caleb Williams era will officially begin this weekend, when the Bears host their two-day rookie minicamp. Williams will be joined by the rest of Chicago’s 2024 draft class, nine signed UDFAs, and 24 tryouts.
