Mesa, AZ (Sports Network) - Aramis Ramirez clubbed a three-run homer and Jake Fox belted a two-run shot, as the Chicago Cubs defeated the Oakland Athletics, 6-4, in Cactus League play.
Alfonso Soriano added a solo home run for the Cubs, while Sean Marshall was perfect over three innings to get the win.
Sean Gallagher was saddled with the loss for Oakland, allowing one run on three hits in two innings. Jerry Blevins was rocked for three runs on one hit and two walks in one inning of relief. Rajai Davis drove in two runs for the A's.
