Several law enforcement agencies and a SWAT team responded to a motel in south suburban Dolton Thursday evening, video from the scene showed.
While police have yet to confirm details regarding a specific incident, numerous police vehicles, fire trucks and other emergency response vehicles were seen at Prestige Inn and Suites, 1335 E. Sibley Blvd., in the evening hours.
The incident began before 5:30 p.m., and was still ongoing at around 8:30 p.m.
