Negro League Stars Brighten Elderly Residents' Day

Four players from the old Negro League baseball teams came to Chicago on Tuesday to help Chicago's elderly on Tuesday.

The four players, Johnny Washington of the Chicago American Giants and Nathan Weston joined Arthur Simmons and Hank Presswood of the Kansas City Monarchs. The players came to the Pioneer Gardens Affordable Living Facility.

The players reminisced with residents about their days playing in the Negro Leagues.

Presswood actually celebrated his 89th birthday on Tuesday with the facility's residents.
