The singer will face the music on Tuesday and turn herself into to authorities.
“In accordance with an agreement we have reached with the district attorney of Williamson County, Tennessee, Ms. McCready will voluntarily surrender to authorities on September 30th to serve a sentence of 60 days,” McCready’s lawyer said in statement released to Access. “The successful completion of this sentence will satisfy her obligation to the State of Tennessee resulting from her probation violation.”

McCready also spoke out to her fans in the statement, saying she hoped to return to performing for them soon.
“I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs, and entertain,” the 32-year-old said in the statement.
The country singer also went on to credit her fans for helping her during these troubling times, which includes losing custody of her son.
