Chicago will finally get its own national molecular gastronomy heros (dressed as Ghostbusters) when Future Food, a new show on cable network Planet Green debuts next Tuesday night at 9pm. The show features hometown boys Homaro Cantu and Ben Roche of Moto, and will let them play with such innovations as "an anti-griddle, a Cryovac machine and liquid nitrogen," in search of creating a better world.
