Funnyman Conan O'Brien is making his move.

The former "Tonight Show" host announced a "half-assed comedy & music tour" Thursday via his Twitter account.

"The Legally Prohibited From Being on Television Tour" will stop at the Chicago Theatre May 19th and 20th, the second show added an hour after the initial announcement. The tickets, which cost anywhere from $39.50 to $695 for a meet and greet package, sold out within hours.

O'Brien's Web site describes it as a "night of music, comedy, hugging and the occasional awkward silence."

O'Brien has been mostly silent since giving up his "Tonight Show" post, only communicating to his fans through Twitter.

O'Brien reached a multi-million dollar deal with NBC in January to give up the show so that Jay Leno could resume hosting duties.
