Paris Hilton Banned from Wynn Properties After Arrest

"These rumors going around are so ridiculous, untrue and cruel," Hilton tweets

Paris Hilton will presumably fight her drug charges in court, but she’s already lost her right to party at the Wynn.

The 29-year-old celebutante has been banned from the Wynn and Encore Las Vegas resorts, People mag reported on Wednesday.

Hilton’s boyfriend, nightclub mogul Cy Waits, was also “separated from the company and is free to pursue other interests,” a Wynn spokesperson told the magazine.

News of the ban comes days after Hilton and Waits were arrested on the Las Vegas strip after a cop allegedly smelled marijuana coming from Waits’ Cadillac Escalade and pulled the car over.

Hilton faces a felony drug possession charge, while charges have not yet been filed against Waits over the Friday incident, People reported. Waits reportedly failed a sobriety test at the time.

According to the police report, Hilton’s arresting officer allegedly saw a small plastic “bindle” containing 0.8 grams of cocaine fall out of her purse as she reached for lip balm.

"She told me the purse was not hers, that she had borrowed it from a friend," Las Vegas police Lt. Dennis Flynn wrote in the report. "I asked Hilton whose cocaine it was, and she said she had not seen it but now thought it was gum."

Hilton’s lawyer, David Cesnoff, has said the “facts of the situation will be tested in a courtroom.”

Meanwhile, the "Simple Life" reality star tweeted Tuesday night that "rumors" surrounding her drug bust have been "so ridiculous, untrue and cruel."

"I'm not going to even pay attention to them because I know the truth," she wrote, People reported.

Despite the high profile ban from Wynn, Hilton is said to still be fielding requests for paid Sin City club appearances, according to E! News.
