You're not a great cook (heck – you're not even a GOOD cook), so the prospect of preparing Thanksgiving dinner is downright terrifying. Clinton St.) is having a Thanksgiving cooking class with executive chef Jeff Mauro on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 11 a.m. For $40 per person, you can learn how to roast a turkey, prepare spoonbread, braised red cabbage, dried fruit couscous and seasonal desserts.
