Bill and Giuliana Rancic have a name for their Chicago Italian restaurant, due to open next month.
Giuliana Rancic revealed the name this week on E! News. The eatery, located at 52 W. Illinois, will be called "RPM Italian."
The name was chosen to represent the last initials of Giuliana and her team - the Rancics, New York chef Doug Psaltis and Jerrod, R.J. and Molly Melman.
While Psaltis created the menu for RPM Italian, Giuliana's mother, "Mama DePandi," will be a regular visitor in the kitchen, making her authentic Italian signature dishes.
The restaurant, previously Ben Pao, is set to have its grand opening next month.
Giuliana recently underwent a double mastectomy after previous lumpectomies failed to completely eradicate her breast cancer. The surgery was successful.
