SHAMROCKIN': You hit the downtown St. Patrick's Day Parade yesterday, which means it must be time for the South Side Irish Parade today. The more raucous of the two processions steps off at 12PM at 104th Street and Western Avenue; the parade continues south to 115th Street, with a slew of Irish bars that lines the west side of route. YEAR OF THE DIVA: Bring your fabulous self to The Spot's free-wheeling "Diva Brunch," where guests will feast on such menu items as "Don't Waffle This Wig" and "Strip Those Eggs," while hostess Scooty and pianist JoJo, plus a variety of musical guest stars, entertain.
