One good night of sleep, and what a difference it can make.
University of Chicago researchers found one night can significantly change how much you learn and how much you remember.
The scientists asked students with little gaming experience to learn a video game.
They then tested them later that day, AND the next morning.
The same day testing didn't yield good results... many of the students had already forgotten a lot of the new skills.
But after a good night's sleep, they got substantially better at playing the game: and even remembered skills they thought they'd forgotten.
