A 1-month-old boy died after he fell from a third-floor porch overnight.
Jeremiah Range was sitting in a car seat on the porch when his mother got into an argument with two men, the Tribune reported.
The two men left ahead of the boy's mother, but when she was walking down the steps carrying him, the boy's father kicked her in the back, according to police. She lost her balance and the boy fell out of the car seat and over the railing.
Emergency crews were called to the apartment in the 8200 block of South Maryland Avenue around midnight.
Police are investigating.
