We'll have to check with Walter to see how he feels about ogling on Shabbos. It's a safe bet the Dude is game for a "Big Lebowski" burlesque show, though.
A career slacker like Lebowski would surely love what the hotties at Vaudezilla Productions have brewing. In early September they'll lauch "Rollin' Outta Here Naked: A Big Lebowski Burlesque," a hip-shaking, lascivious look at the life of "The Dude."
The show will be chocked full of Lebowski-inspired acts, along with skits, giveaways based on your knowledge of the movie, and of course, plenty of White Russians for everyone. Its sure to be better than watching your landlord's interpretive dance show and way better than bathing with a marmot.
All of the Vaudezilla vixens will be in the house for the show including Red Hot Annie, Wham Bam Pam and Maria May I.
"I've watched the movie like 20 times and we were watching the movie one time and he said it would be really funny if we did Big Lebowski burlesque," said Red Hot Annie. "There's all these crazy characters and things that happened throughout the movie, like jumping on trampolines and a dream sequence, that are inspirational for the show."
The show runs every Saturday in September at the Gorilla Tango Theatre (1919 N Milwaukee Ave.). Tickets are $15 each, but don't be slacker -- they're expected to go fast.
