The Chicago Sun-Times is the oldest continuously running newspaper in the city, bringing the news to Chicagoans three years before that other paper. Its personality has shifted over the years, all dependent on who was holding the purse strings,  but at its heart, Sun-Times is known as the working man's newspaper. You'll find the best columnists in town in these pages. Ebert. Roeper. Steinberg. Sweet. So what if this is the newspaper that started that rumour about Mrs. O'Leary's cow? No paper reflects Chicago's hard-working aesthetic better than the Sun-Times.

  • LATE NIGHT READER Too bad it will be gone in a month? What have you heard??? Saturday, Jun 20 at 12:11 AM
  • Jerome J Not censored like the Trib is. Writers get to tell the story as it is, and not some homogenized version that the editors think is more "appetizing". Friday, Jun 19 at 1:17 PM
  • John The ST is just better at being the ST than the Trib. Friday, Jun 19 at 10:49 AM
  • Ken B Much better and easier to read. Tuesday, Jun 16 at 9:06 PM
  • Bob This is irrelevant....nobody reads a newspaper...look..I'm proof...you can't post on in newspaper and writing to the editor may take a week to get printed! Adios, SunTimes! Sunday, Jun 14 at 9:02 PM
