Authorities have released surveillance footage showing the 14-year-old sister of Tamir Rice being forced to the ground and handcuffed moments after the 12-year-old boy was fatally shot by Cleveland police, NBC News reported. After handcuffing the girl, an officer can be seen escorting her to the back of a police cruiser. The 30-minute video is an extension from a shorter clip that was released in the wake of the controversial shooting. A family attorney on Thursday described the video as "shocking and outrageous," Cleveland.com reported. Tamir Rice was shot on Nov. 22 while holding a toy pellet gun less than two seconds after the first patrol car pulled up. He died in the hospital the next day. Ultimately, a grand jury could decide whether to indict the officer who killed him.
