Anyone who thought Ben Gordon would sulk his way through that one-year deal with the Bulls can rest easy. Gordon is taking the high road, as in the high scoring road.
Gordon scored 23 points and Andres Nocioni added 20 in Chicago's 108-105 preseason win over the Utah Jazz.
Gordon and Nocioni each went 4-of-8 from three-point range, and Tyrus Thomas tallied 16 points and 12 rebounds for the Bulls, who survived a last-second three-point miss by Kyle Korver.
Derrick Rose and Luol Deng each had 14 points. Rose, this year's No.1 overall draft pick, departed early due to a left calf cramp midway through the third quarter.
Carlos Boozer had 21 points and Mehmet Okur ended with 17 points for the Jazz, who also got 16 points and seven boards from Paul Millsap. Deron Williams finished with 14 points and nine assists.
