Saudi-Led Airstikes Bombing Rebles Ends in Yemen

After nearly a month of bombing Iran-allied Houthi rebels, the Saudi-led airstrikes coalition in Yemen is ending according to a statement read on Arabiya TV. With U.S. support, Saudi Arabia led Sunni Arab countries in carrying out more than three weeks of bombing targeting rebels who seized much of Yemen. However, ending the bombing mission does not mean the fight is over, according to U.S. defense officials. The first phase of the mission was to destroy weapons that pose a potential threat to the Saudi homeland, now the campaign will continue to target rebel foces in Yemen with more selective airstrikes and military operations.
