The event will move from the Hilton Chicago, the team announced Friday

The Chicago White Sox annual fan festival will have a new home in 2020, as the event will move to McCormick Place, the team announced Friday.

SoxFest, which was held at the Hilton Chicago in previous years, will move to the large exhibition hall on Jan. 24 and Jan. 25 of next year, the team said in a press release.

The two-day event will expand with its move to McCormick Place, taking up over 100,000 square feet of space, the team said. There will be new opportunities for autographs, photos, and various fan engagement activities at the new venue.

The team says that two-day passes for the event will cost $75 for adults and $20 for children. Daily passes will also be available, with children able to enjoy the event on Saturday for just $10.

Tickets will go on sale Aug. 1 at 10 a.m., the team said.
