While Rush Limbaugh rests up in a Hawaiian hospital after suffering chest pains, he may want to ask his doctors to prescribe something for indigestion.
The conservative radio talk show host is bound to feel some heartburn once the guys at Second City launch their latest musical show, “Rush Limbaugh! The Musical.”
The improvisation troupe will announce the new show, which is created by the same guys who conceived the hit show “Rod Blagojevich Superstar!,” next week. It’s expected to premiere in February, according to the Sun-Times.
Writers should have plenty of material to work with, from Limbaugh’s Oxycontin addiction to his failed attempt to help purchase the St. Louis Rams to his comments about hoping the president fails, the talk show host is regularly in the news.
It will run on Tuesday and Wednesday nights at Second City’s e.t.c. space.
