Jimmy Butler may no longer be a member of the Chicago Bulls, but that hasn’t stopped him from reportedly dabbling in the city’s real estate market.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Butler, who now plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves, recently bought a $1.2 million condominium in a 41-unit River North building. The unit is the second Butler has purchased in the building, and according to the report he is already looking to sell one of them.
The nearly 1700-square foot unit features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private elevator entrance, and hardwood floors throughout the space. Butler has listed the condo for $1.45 million.
