One Chicago couple said their "I'll be there for yous" in a special ceremony at a "Friends"-themed pop-up bar in Lincoln Park over the weekend.
Jose Martinez, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and Cynthia Rivera held their wedding ceremony inside the Chicago bar currently transformed into sets from the iconic show, said to be Rivera's favorite Sunday.
The two exchanged vows on Veteran's Day, standing in front of carboard cutouts of the hit show's cast.
Replay Lincoln Park launched the “Friends”-themed pop-up bar last week, turning its venue into spaces like Monica and Rachel’s apartment and Central Perk.
Featuring specialty drinks inspired by the show, trivia night, a 90s dance night and more, the bar says the “smelly cat’s out of the bag.”
The pop-up is set t take place through Nov. 24.
