The Chicago Bears stormed back for a late lead over the Oakland Raiders, but they gave up a touchdown with less than two minutes left to lose the game and drop to 3-2 on the season.

The Bears trailed 17-0 at halftime, but stormed back with 21 unanswered pionts in the third quarter. Allen Robinson hauled in a pair of touchdowns, putting the Bears in position to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.

Unfortunately for Chicago, the victory was not meant to be. The Raiders got a break when the Bears were flagged for running into the kicker in the late stages of the game, and after a fake punt gave them a first down, the Raiders marched down the field and got a touchdown from Josh Jacobs, who made it 24-21 with less than two minutes remaining.

In the closing seconds, Chase Daniel tried to loft a pass deep down the field, but it was intercepted by Gareon Conley to end the game and give Oakland the victory.

The Bears are now 3-2, and will head into a bye week. They'll return to the field on Oct. 20 when they welcome the New Orleans Saints to Soldier Field.

The game got off to a rough start for the Bears, as they struggled out of the gate and were quickly buried underneath a 17-0 deficit. They came out firing in the second half of the game, scoring 21 points in the third quarter to seize the lead.

David Montgomery got the scoring going in the third quarter with a 1-yard touchdown run, then Robinson hauled in a touchdown catch from Daniel with four minutes to go in the frame to make it a 17-14 game.

With less than a minute and a half to go in the quarter, Daniel found Robinson again, this time for a 16-yard hookup that gave the Bears a 21-17 lead.

The Bears couldn't add onto their lead, and it ultimately proved to be their undoing as the Raiders put together a 13 play, 97-yard drive that ended with a Jacobs touchdown run to put Oakland ahead 24-21.

After Daniel's interception, the Raiders did have to punt the ball back to the Bears late in the contest. The Bears couldn't get the ball into field goal range however, and Daniel was sacked to end the contest.
