The unofficial CEO of the Winnetka chapter of the Hell's Angels, Bruce Rauner arrived by Harley Davidson to celebrate Republican Day at the Illinois State Fair.
Revving up the crowd (har har), the Republican governor candidate vowed to defeat Gov. Pat Quinn and Democratic Machine, intoning: "We can't be a prosperous state unless we're a two-party state."
Say what you will, but Rauner knows how to make an entrance -- if you weren't there to behold Bruce on his bike, we have collected the photo evidence plus some other Twitter snaps from the GOP festivities. There were cheers, beers, a prize-winning steer and -- we can all stop worrying now -- Aaron Schock has put his apparently one-sided Rauner feud to rest.

Loved seeing an enthusiastic crowd for Republican Day at the @ILStatefair. It's critical that we get out the vote. pic.twitter.com/epaiOfzwXi — Bruce Rauner (@BruceRauner) August 14, 2014
