A fancy BYOB meal, power pop and a play about making it on Broadway

YOU BRING THE BOOZE: The acclaimed Cafe des Architectes in the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower hotel will host a special BYOB dinner tonight. Chef Martial Noguier will prepare a four-course dinner, including mushroom soup, sea scallops, veal and chocolate mousse, and you'll bring either a bottle or red or white wine. 5PM, $60.

DIRTY LITTLE SECRET: Haven't told anyone you like The All-American Rejects? That's OK, you can make some new friends tonight at the "I Wanna Rock Tour" starring the band along with Shiny Toy Guns, Ace Enders and Vedera. At the Aragon Ballroom, 6PM, $30.

ONE SINGULAR SENSATION: Check out the classic Broadway play about the making of a Broadway play, "A Chorus Line," at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts Oriental Theatre. The show that has been called "the best musical ever" will run through May 3. 7:30PM, $18-$85.
