This specialty drink is made with 72 percent bittersweet Valrhona chocolate, heavy cream and milk, as well as homemade churros and cinnamon marshmallows topped off with chocolate sticks and Chantilly cream.

The Gobbler
- 1 ½ oz. Plymouth gin
- ¾ oz. triple sec
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 heaping tsp. cranberry relish
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with several dried cranberries or grated orange zest.
Mayflower Martini
- 2 ½ oz Plymouth gin
- ½ oz Dry Vermouth
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Mix all ingredients briefly over ice in a mixing glass and strain into a cocktail glass. Add a lemon or orange twist if desired, and serve.
