If you're shopping on Michigan Avenue over the next few weeks, stop in at The Greenhouse inside The Ritz-Carlton Chicago to indulge in the rich Venezuelan Xocopili Hot Chocolate. This specialty drink is made with 72 percent bittersweet Valrhona chocolate, heavy cream and milk, as well as homemade churros and cinnamon marshmallows topped off with chocolate sticks and Chantilly cream.
If liquor is what you need, The Greenhouse has also created a series of $14 winter-themed drinks such as the Spicy Pear, Caramel Pom, Winter Blues, Pumpkin Moon and Aplle Chokitini, all using top-shelf spirits.
