Bingo and Tango? If You Like ‘Em Both, Head to the Museum of Contemporary Art

On Tuesday, you watched history unfold. Next Tuesday, keep the excitement going by screaming “Bingo!” as loudly as you chanted “Yes We Can!”

Honestly, we don’t usually get this fired up about bingo – but the Museum of Contemporary Art offers an intriguing twist on the game. Between each round, professional dancers teach Argentine tango dancing.

Yep, Bingo/Tango night (you read that right) is a hit at the museum’s Puck Café, and somehow the combo goes together seamlessly.

Tuesday is also free day at the MCA, so head over early to browse the museum’s world-class collection of art created after 1945. We particularly like the current Jenny Holzer exhibition. (Part of the display includes silkscreen installations of text from declassified government documents.)

Bingo/Tango starts at 6:00 p.m. the second Tuesday of every month.
