Wrigleyville Rockit: OK, We're Open

The new Rockit reportedly has the same menu as the Hubbard Street location.
What a difference a couple of hours make. Not long after claiming that new Wrigleyville location of Rockit Bar & Grill wouldn't open until May 6, comes a quick about-face.
The new Rockit, located at Clark and Waveland across the street from Wrigley Field, will indeed open on Tuesday night, as first reported by the 312 Dining Diva and here on NBCChicago.com.
The confirmation came via email and on Rockit Ranch Productions CEO Billy Dec's blog.
"The staff is so great and training went so well that we found ourselves ready earlier than thought- so opening early- at least most of it- saving sidewalk café for may 6th," said Dec on the blog posting announcing the opening.
Dec says the new Rockit has the same menu as the popular Hubbard Street location.
The restaurant is open for lunch, dinner and brunch. Call (773) 645.4400 for reservations.
