PHOTOS: Big Star's Birthday Bash

Moshpix: It's hard to believe Big Star has only been around for a year, but the uber-popular Wicker Park joint has only been dishing out their famous tacos, beer and whiskey shots for, give-or-take, 365 days or so. They celebrated this month with an anniversary party, with a couple of live sets from Jon Langford and Deano Waco before a crowd that included star chef Paul Kahan. And the hipsterish crowd standing several deep at the bar was the best indication that this is a birthday bash that will be held for years to come. Photos provided by Nina Pagano, Time Out Chicago.
