It's safe to say the Bears will have some competition next season -- at least when it comes to getting attention.
Season tickets for Chicago's entry in the Lingerie Football League officially go on sale March 16.
The Chicago Bliss will kick off its inaugural season with a Sept. 4 matchup versus Miami Caliente at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates.
Only two home games are scheduled for the entire season. The 7-on-7 full-contact tackle football will be played on Friday nights.
Ten teams make up the LFL, with such names as the Seattle Mist, Dallas Desire and the San Diego Seduction.
A "Tailgate Village" will be set up before each home game, with live music and djs, beer gardens, cheerleaders, games and meet-and-greets with the actual players.
Tickets will be available Monday at the Sears Centre Arena Box Office, online at Ticketmaster.com or (800) 745-3000.
