A middle school teacher from Gavin South Jr. High School in Ingleside, Illinois who was accused of sexually assaulting a former student has been arrested in Sarejevo, Bosnia.

A spokesperson for the Lake County State's Attorney's Office confirms officials are working on extraditing Michael R. Vucic, a resident of Lake Forest, back to the United States.
