A registered sex offender who previously served jail time for child pornography possession has been arrested and charged with the same crime in a different Chicago suburb.
Duane Lipinski, 48, is charged in Glendale Heights with multiple felony counts related to child pornography, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Wheaton Police Department found "numerous files depicting child pornography" after they obtained a search warrant for his Glendale Heights apartment Nov. 6.
He remains in the DuPage County Jail in Wheaton on $300,000 bail.

Lipinski had completed a three-year probationary period in June that followed his 2012 child pornography possession conviction in Naperville. He also served 180 days in jail and was ordered to undergo counseling following that conviction.
