With so much tiger blood running through his veins, it should come as no surprise that Charlie Sheen is reportedly in contract to buy at full list price the Mulholland Estates mansion owned by "Black Swan" producer Mike Medavoy according to the Wall Street Journal. The new home is located just down the road from his current pad. Medavoy bought the property in September for $6 million and put it on the market in February for $7.495 million.
