Rose shot 13-of-18 from the field, while Andres Nocioni and Luol Deng chipped in 14 points apiece in the win.
Dirk Nowitzki logged 26 points and seven rebounds, while Gerald Green and Josh Howard scored 19 and 18 points, respectively, for the Mavs, who blew a 23- point third-quarter lead.
The Bulls took their first lead of the game, 103-101, on Rose's baseline runner with roughly 40 seconds left in the game, and the club managed to hit their free throws down the stretch to seal the come-from-behind win.
Dallas made just 10-of-19 from the free throw line, while Chicago hit 31-of-38 from the stripe.
