A stranger in a black stretch limo assaulted a young woman after offering her a ride in a popular Chicago nightlife neighborhood, police said.
The woman was walking in the Gold Coast near the 1200 block of North State Street about 4:30 a.m. Sunday when a man in a limo offered her a ride, police said.
The 25-year-old got into the limo where she was assaulted by a man she did not know, police said.
Authorities described the driver as a white man with a light complexion and slim build. He is about 30 years old with dark wavy hair. He is roughly 5 feet, 9 inches.
There was no description of the alleged attacker in a Chicago police community alert released after the incident.
